At Sudeep S – Web & Digital Solutions, we provide digital services including website development, digital marketing, AI automation, and software solutions. As our offerings are service-based and delivered digitally, the following policy applies:
1. Service Delivery (Same Day Delivery)
- Certain services such as consultation, minor website fixes, domain setup, hosting configuration, and small technical tasks may be delivered on the same day, depending on the scope and confirmation of payment.
- Larger projects such as website development, automation systems, or marketing campaigns will follow a mutually agreed project timeline.
- Delivery timelines begin only after full or advance payment and receipt of all required materials from the client.
Since our services are digital, no physical shipping is involved.
2. Exchange Policy
- As we provide customized digital services, exchange of services is not applicable.
- Once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, it cannot be exchanged for another service.
- Modifications or additional features will be treated as a new scope of work and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation of Services
- Clients may request cancellation before the project begins.
- Once work has started, cancellation will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Completed milestones are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
