Cancellation policy

At Sudeep S – Web & Digital Solutions, we strive to maintain transparency and professionalism in all our service engagements. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be canceled.


1. Project-Based Services (Website Development, Design, Automation)

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project officially begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation and administrative charges.
  • Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
  • If the project is canceled after milestone completion, payment for completed work remains due and non-refundable.
  • If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will be considered inactive and may require a restart fee.

2. Digital Marketing Services

  • Monthly digital marketing retainers can be canceled with a minimum of 15 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once services have started.
  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable and subject to their policies.

3. Software Support & Maintenance (AMC)

  • AMC or maintenance services may be canceled before the start of the service period.
  • Once the maintenance period has begun, fees are non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused support time.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments
  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of agreed terms

In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
